'Verano Caliente Surf 2009' (hot summer surf 2009) and will be held Sunday July 26 just north of Cosita Rica and opposite Fort San Filipe from 8.30am to 9pm. Competitiors will include top name surfers from Santo Domingo, Bahoruco-Barahona, Boca Chica, Nagua, Las Terrenas, Cabrera, Río San Juan, Sosúa and from Cabarete. There are two categories: Open Surf and Open Bodyboard. Music entertainment, food and drinks will be provided between competitions. Bring you cameras.
